PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Visual Notes are sketchbook drawing assignments that students do bi-weekly throughout the year created by award winning art teacher Christine Branyik Thornton. They are high-interest because each student gets to pick their own bi-weekly assignment from a database of sketchbook ideas. Sketchbook are handed in to the teacher for individual feedback.

In the Art Room we often find ourselves working on large project-based activities and for me, there never seems to be enough time to focus on skills and basic drawing techniques. Visual Notes give you a way to keep your students drawing and gives you a year long, individualized structure for drawing practice as well as consistent assessment for reporting.
